Respected by industry leaders as a strategic advisor, Kimberly offers 20 years of private sector and public entity experience in ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), Human Resources, Workers’ Compensation and Risk Management. Kimberly is considered a subject matter expert in ADA and has significant focus on FMLA and ADA program development and oversight. Kimberly obtained her Juris Doctorate in Law from Texas Wesleyan School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Howard University.
