Alexandria Grumman

Alexandria Grumman, Sr director of Strategic Partnerships at Navigate HCR, has over 10 years of HR industry experience and specializes in working with brokers, partners and employers to navigate the most complex requirements of healthcare law. Giving them the tools to efficiently navigate Healthcare Reform and implement necessary measures for total compliance. Alexandria is responsible for representing NHCR at industry-related seminars and summits to ensure her company is current on ACA and other legislative developments, employee benefits trends, and compliance issues faced by employers and HR professionals. Prior to her joining Navigate HCR Alexandria has a varied background of Insurance, sales and Technology Recruitment. Beginning her Career as a recruiting intern for a small business who paved the way for SAML to becoming a licensed P&C adjustor in 7 states.  Her passion stems to being a long-time small business advocate and her varied background leads to a understanding of the multitude of compliance complexities facing these businesses.  A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Family Resource Management and Consumer Affairs.  As self-admitted sewing, crafting, and cooking addict Alexandria spends her free time creating and attending Irish Dance competitions with her 2 daughters and Husband.

Angie Surra

Angie Surra, CIC, CPCA, Vice President of Compliance at NavigateHCR provides a greater avenue of delivering support and knowledge to a larger scope of businesses on compliance issues. She also works internally with the development of the company and success of technology advances. As compliance changes, Angie ensures clients and brokers are up to date by facilitating education platforms, trainings and is a national speaker and educator. She believes in the urgency of employer compliance issues and health insurance challenges business and individual clients face. Based on the needs and issues from her clients, she consults and designs the company’s proprietary portal to facilitate ease of use and accuracy. With over 20 years of experience, Angie has a list of professional designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Professional Compliance Advisor, Certified COBRA Administrator, Certified Cafeteria Plan Administrator. She earned a Master of Arts degree in criminal justice. Angie is also a licensed Insurance Agent in Property & Casualty Insurance, Life, Accident, & Health Insurance in multiple states.
