Ann Schnure

Ann Schnure, CPCU, AIC, LMI, is a catalyst for telemedicine’s maturation and adoption by 38 states since mid-2017, when she joined Concentra. A cynosure for the growth of innovation in workers’ compensation, Ann led Macy’s Inc. to impressive growth in its self-insured, self-administered program in 20 years as vice president of risk management-claims. She was the first dean of the School of Workers’ Compensation for the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance and has earned the following designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Litigation Management (LMI). Ann is a board member of the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation, a think tank of female thought leaders exploring the emerging trends and challenges in workers’ compensation.

Elisha Krempetz

Elisha Krempetz is the vice president of Strategy and Innovation at Concentra. She focuses on telemedicine and strategic industry partnerships. With 21 years’ experience in the workers’ compensation industry, Krempetz continually builds the company’s telemedicine solution and creates processes with key external partners that enhance the employer and patient experience.  

Lisa Figueroa, MD

Lisa M. Figueroa, MD, FACEP, is the Concentra vice president of medical operations and national medical director of health information technology and telemedicine services. She is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with nearly 30 years’ experience designing health care software for emergency medicine, urgent care, and occupational medicine, which includes software training, implementation, workflow design, and information security.
