She was the first dean of the School of Workers’ Compensation for the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance and has earned the following designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC), and Litigation Management (LMI). Lisa M. Figueroa, MD, FACEP, is the Concentra vice president of medical operations and national medical director of health information technology and telemedicine services. She is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with nearly 30 years’ experience designing health care software for emergency medicine, urgent care, and occupational medicine, which includes software training, implementation, workflow design, and information security.
