Mike Kessler

Mike works with Texas Public Entities to include Cities, Counties, ISDs, etc.  He is a Texas General Lines Agent, Surplus Lines Agent and Licensed Risk Manager.  Mike has completed his ARM and AIC designations and brings over 30 years of Texas experience.  Mike works for Gallagher Dallas.
