Workers' Comp: When Home is Where the Hurt Is

Workers’ compensation was created to protect employers and help employees recover from work-related injuries. The concept of “course & scope” of employment originated and was developed during a time when most employees worked at an employer-controlled jobsite. This session explores how course & scope applies to employees who work from home.
