COVID-19 and The ADA
This session will provide participants with an overview of various Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requests and reasonable accommodations resulting from COVID 19. Issues such as disability inquiries and confidentiality will be addressed. Scenario-based case studies will demonstrate how employers can manage these requests and satisfy the requirements of the ADA.
