This presentation will cover the gamut on how to conduct an investigation, starting with understanding a complaint of discrimination or retaliation,  assigning an investigator, common steps and cautions at each juncture, options once the investigation is conducted, and if/when/how and with whom to share the results.  Questions will be encouraged!
