Subrogation Claims Handling Guidelines*
The licensee will obtain through this course a comprehensive understanding of how to identify subrogation within workers’ compensation claims. The course will discuss rights and responsibilities in recovering subrogation, identifying possible subrogation, placing parties on notice, and subrogation holidays.
