Healing & Transforming Workplaces Plagued by a Culture of Being Sick

Many organizations have a culture where working while sick is acceptable, supported by management, and seen as a badge of honor.  During a pandemic, this cultural practice can create havoc at the workplace.  This session will explore ways to transition this mindset and realistic strategies that organizations can implement.
